We are seeking a driven Assistant Manager to lead agency performance. The Manager's responsibilities include identifying weaknesses and drawing up improvement plans, setting and meeting monthly targets, and liaising with clients to ensure improved service and product delivery. You should be able to clearly communicate any performance concerns to management and make recommendations.

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) helps the General Manager to ensure that day to day business operations run smoothly. The Assistant Manager will draw up weekly schedules, order merchandise, and assist the General Manager with training, recruiting, promotions and planning

To be successful as an Assistant Manager, you should have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. A first-class Manager should be able to inspire and motivate their team while maintaining a good image and productive work environment.

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
· Recruiting, screening, and training new agents.
· Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans.
· Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients.
· Ensuring all staff exercise good time management.
· Adhering to regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensuring staff do the same.
· Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement

Requirements

Work authorization: United States (Required)


  • Preferred 2-5 years of experience (managerial)

  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role.

  • Excellent time management.

  • Great networking abilities.

  • Ability to work on different projects simultaneously.

  • Good leadership and people skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of legal policies and regulations in the healthcare industry.

  • Certified nursing and CPR qualifications.

  • Aptitude for problem-solving.

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
