Responsibilities:

Train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders
Delegate tasks and projects and provide follow-up action
Ensure staff is up to date on policy and procedures
Provide assistance or extra training to ensure success as needed

Qualifications:
Experience working as a training manager or specialist
A positive and supportive attitude that supports our values and culture
Ability to communicate and listen effectively
Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
